1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quick Listify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quick Listify provides AI-powered photo enhancement tools for real estate professionals, including image processing, MLS-compliant exports, and related features.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant Quick Listify a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement services. Enhanced photos are owned by you.

The Service itself, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Quick Listify and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described therein. Photos uploaded are processed for enhancement purposes and are not shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quick Listify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
